Video Consultation
Online doctor consultation, from €39
Talk to a licensed, independent doctor by video. Get a proper assessment — and a prescription, referral, or certificate if it's appropriate.
An online doctor consultation is a live video appointment with a licensed, independent doctor — for anything a quick asynchronous review isn't enough for: a new symptom, a condition that needs an actual examination and questions, or a second opinion. Unlike the asynchronous prescription refill service, a consultation is a real-time conversation, so the doctor can ask follow-up questions, talk through options, and reach a decision on the spot.
Consultations run through Air Doctor, an independent network of roughly 20,000 licensed doctors across around 180 countries — not Cira employees. Cira's AI nurse can help you describe your symptoms and history beforehand so the doctor has useful context walking into the call, but Cira does not diagnose, prescribe, or make the clinical decision itself; the doctor does.
Depending on what the doctor finds appropriate during the call, you may leave with a prescription, a referral to a specialist, a sick-leave certificate, or simply guidance and reassurance — the outcome is a clinical decision, not something decided in advance.
Who this is for
- You have a new or worsening symptom and want a doctor's opinion without booking an in-person visit.
- You need a proper examination or diagnosis that goes beyond a repeat prescription.
- You'd rather talk to a doctor by video than sit in a waiting room.
- You want a second opinion on a diagnosis or treatment plan from an independent doctor.
How it works
Describe what's going on
Chat with Cira's AI nurse about your symptoms, history, and goals — optionally including a face-scan vitals reading — so the doctor has context before you talk.
Book a video consultation
You're connected to a licensed, independent doctor through our Air Doctor network — choose a time that works for you.
Get your outcome in writing
After the call, you receive a summary of the consultation, and a prescription, referral, or certificate if the doctor determines it's appropriate.
Not a diagnosis, not for emergencies. Cira's AI provides guidance and triage only; it does not diagnose or treat. Every clinical document is reviewed by a licensed doctor before it's issued. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
